HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?
We offer four core service categories to keep your lawn healthy and thriving:
Lawn Repair & Seeding – From reseeding bare spots to renewing thinning lawns or establishing new turf, we provide customized solutions to restore and strengthen your lawn.
Lawn Aeration – Choose from spring, fall, or full-season core aeration services to improve soil health, boost root growth, and enhance water and nutrient absorption.
Lawn Treatment Plans – Our scheduled treatment plans include fertilizer applications with soil conditioners, with optional weed and pest control, to promote consistent, balanced lawn health.
Sprinkler Blowouts – We offer both exterior-only line blowouts and full sprinkler system winterization to protect your irrigation system during the colder months.
We do not offer sprinkler start-ups or repairs at this time. Our sprinkler services are limited to fall blowouts and winterization of exterior lines.
No, we do not offer mowing, landscaping, or yard cleanup services. Our focus is strictly on lawn health through treatments, aeration, seeding, and sprinkler blowouts.
We provide service throughout zip codes 80123, 80128, 80120, 80126, 80129, and 80130, and cover portions of 80127, 80121, 80122, 80227, and 80465.
We primarily service residential lawns up to 7,000 sq ft. For select services and when our schedule allows, we can accommodate lawns up to 10,000 sq ft on a case-by-case basis. We do not service commercial properties.
We accept all major credit cards, cash (no checks), and Zelle. Service dates are only confirmed once a payment method has been arranged.
To confirm your service, we offer several convenient payment options:
Pay online through our invoicing system prior to scheduling your service date
Save your card on file to be charged automatically at the time of service
Contact us in advance to arrange for cash payment at the time of service (please note we do not accept checks)
For service packages over $300, we also accept Zelle payments—please reach out for details
For single services such as seeding or aeration, scheduling begins once payment is made or payment information is confirmed. After confirmation, your service is placed on the schedule for an upcoming week. The scheduled week will be noted in your emailed invoice (not the estimate). On or before the Sunday of that week, you’ll receive a text with your exact service date. The day before your scheduled service, we’ll send another text with a 2–3 hour estimated arrival window, followed by a final text 5–10 minutes before we arrive.
For full-season packages or treatment plans, the process is similar. Once payment is received—or for pay-as-you-go customers, once your payment information is confirmed—you will receive an emailed estimated service calendar. This calendar outlines all included services and the projected weeks they are scheduled. Please note that actual service weeks may shift by up to ±2 weeks due to weather or routing changes. Regardless, you will always receive a text reminder 2–5 days in advance and another the day prior with your estimated arrival time.
Important: All services can be completed without anyone home, as long as any gates we need to access are unlocked and the lawn or sprinkler system is properly prepared before our arrival.
